Shop Terms, Shipping and Returns

Ultimate Tarot Trainer merchandise is sold by Red Tape Business Services, LLC. This policy covers our merchandise shop. Student subscriptions have separate Student terms.

Purchasing from the shop

Merchandise and journal purchases are one-time purchases, not Student subscriptions. Prices are shown in USD unless checkout offers a different currency. Review the product, delivery details, shipping, taxes, and final total before submitting payment. Keep your order confirmation as your purchase record. The digital journal is licensed for your personal use and may not be redistributed or resold.

Made for you

Our shirts and art prints are produced to order by Printful. Production time is separate from transit time. Available shipping services and charges appear at checkout; delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Items may arrive in separate packages. We will email tracking when available.

Check before ordering

Use the shirt size guide and check your delivery address before placing your order. Art prints are unframed unless the listing expressly says otherwise. Gold details are printed color, not metallic foil. Screen colors and mockups may differ from the finished product.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email support@ultimatetarottrainer.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Do not mail anything back until we provide instructions. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by this reporting window.

Size changes and change of mind

Because physical products are made to order, we do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for a size or color selected incorrectly, or a change of mind. This does not apply when we supply the wrong item, the item is defective, or applicable law requires another remedy. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee a change once production starts.

Delivery problems

If tracking stops updating or an order misses its estimated delivery window, contact us promptly so we can investigate. If an incorrect address or an unclaimed package requires reshipping, we will explain any additional cost before arranging it.

Digital journal downloads

The Daily Draw journal is a PDF download; no physical journal or tarot deck is shipped. Access instructions are provided after successful payment. Fillable fields require a compatible PDF reader and may not work in every phone preview app. If your file is missing, damaged, or cannot be accessed, contact us for help or a replacement file. If we cannot provide the purchased file, we will refund that purchase. Statutory cancellation and refund rights still apply.

Refunds and help

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear. Contact support with your order number if you need help. Please do not send card numbers or other payment credentials by email.
